Today I went to meet with my medical surgeon. She told me about the results on my pathology report. Here is some great news:Right Breast: no cancer
Lymph Nodes: no cancer found ( 13 removed and all are negative)
Left Breast: shows residual invasive ductal carcinoma
chemotherapy reduced the original large tumor into many small pieces (this is chemo does)
Margins (the distance from the tissue they cut out from the cancer) smallest was 5 mm and the largest was 4.0 cm
