Anna asked me to update her blog and let you know that she is doing fine.
Surgery took about 3 hours and Anna was reasonably comfortable when I left her last night. She doesn't like having to stay on her back but she is going to have to get used to that. She was still on oxygen, an IV, two drainage tubes and leg cuffs that inflate. The plan is still to have her come home today about noon.
I spoke to one of her surgeons and she said that everything went really well. Thanks to all of you for your prayers and positive thoughts. Anna is happy to get that cancer out of her body and get on with the healing.
